All transactions on phpiso are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). phpiso supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, and bank transfers via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank, as well as debit cards issued by Philippine banks.

phpiso does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. phpiso will use reasonable endeavours to maintain Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary Platform unavailability.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude phpiso's liability for death or personal injury caused by phpiso's negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
phpiso reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, phpiso will provide reasonable notice to registered Players via email or an in-Platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
In the event of a dispute between you and phpiso, you agree to first contact phpiso's customer support team to seek an informal resolution. phpiso will endeavour to resolve all disputes within 10 business days of receiving a formal written complaint.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. phpiso's decisions on all matters relating to game outcomes, account balances, and bonus eligibility are final and binding, subject only to manifest error.
